• Develop forecasting models and support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure workforce decisions protect and enhance customer experience by maintaining service levels.
• Provide strategic recommendations on headcount, resource allocation, and scenario modelling.
• Mentor and develop Workforce Specialists on forecasting techniques and planning practices.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve forecast accuracy and resilience.
• Manage cross-functional projects related to workforce systems and analytics tools.
