Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst, Workforce Planning (Starlink) to lead proactive forecasting and capacity planning. The role focuses on demand volatility and scalable strategies to protect customer experience and service levels.

The position requires strong Excel/SQL skills, analytical horsepower, and experience in workforce management. Willingness to travel and relocation to Redmond, WA or Bastrop, TX is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, computer science, engineering, or economics; OR 5+ years of professional experience in workforce management or capacity planning.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, demand forecasting, or analytics.
• Master’s degree in an analytical field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in predictive analytics and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive workforce planning strategies to anticipate and mitigate demand volatility through forecasting and analytics.
• Activate short- and long-term levers to optimize workforce utilization.
• Develop and improve forecasting models to detect demand fluctuations early.
