Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in workforce management/capacity planning.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in workforce planning, forecasting, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive workforce planning to anticipate demand volatility.
• Activate short- and long-term levers for staffing and capacity.
• Develop forecasting models to detect demand fluctuations early.
• Protect service levels and customer experience during planning.
• Advise leadership on headcount and resource allocation.
• Mentor Workforce Specialists on forecasting techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement to forecast accuracy and resilience.
• Manage cross-functional projects related to workforce systems.
