Qualifications

• Analytical support for workforce management programs including performance management, awards, workers' compensation.
• Experience interpreting and applying policy changes to organizational structures and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior advisor to management on workforce management efficiency and problem resolution.
• Contribute to implementing policies related to workforce and administrative support programs.
• Provide analytical support across performance management, awards, staffing plans and workers' compensation.
• Conduct complex studies on interrelationships of programs within Workforce Management.
