Responsibilities

• Perform general mission support-related duties such as addressing confidential matters related to staffing, performance, payroll and strategic planning.
• Serve as a point of contact for headquarters and sector staff on emerging trends affecting CBP and Mission Readiness Operations business process.
• Carry out projects and studies addressing multiple substantive administrative issues and problems.
• Provide advice involving workforce issues to senior leaders, supervisors, and nonsupervisory staff.
• Develop and coordinate hiring plans by obtaining input from program officials and deliver briefings, project papers, status and staff reports to managers.
