Job summary
Crusoe in Denver is seeking an experienced workforce governance and employment compliance practitioner. This role involves owning compliance and regulatory risk programs, partnering with various functions including Legal, and ensuring adherence to workforce-related legal and policy obligations.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in workforce compliance, particularly in multi-state environments, and a deep understanding of federal and state employment law.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in workforce compliance, employment compliance, or HR compliance operations.
- Deep working knowledge of FCRA, E-Verify regulations, FLSA classification.
- Experience managing compliance programs in multi-state environments.
Responsibilities
- Own workforce governance, employment compliance, and regulatory risk programs.
- Maintain enterprise standards for worker classification and compliance.
- Coordinate EEO-1, VETS-4212, California Pay Data reporting.
