Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of HR compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy governance, maintenance, and approval workflows for HR policies.
• Support HR compliance audits, monitoring activities, and reporting.
• Develop compliance dashboards, metrics, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide HR compliance initiatives and risk-based monitoring.
• Ensure consistent HR processes across locations and functions.
• Assist with internal/external audits and investigations as needed.
