Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a training or similar role is preferred.
• Understanding of electrical construction and contracting.
• Ability to speak comfortably in front of a classroom audience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to analyze business and training needs for improvement.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training modules for various classifications (e.g., conduit bending, MC cable installation, terminations).
• Facilitate onboarding sessions focused on culture, safety, and skills.
• Lead boot‑camp‑style sessions for sub‑journeyman level employees.
• Coordinate and facilitate Foreman Development Series and field supervision training.
• Develop new training content as needed and mentor junior trainers.
