Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated construction safety management experience.
• Must hold an active OSHA 500 or 501 Authorized Trainer designation.
• Technical Certifications: CSP, CSM, CHST, CIT, or CESCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Project Safety Plans.
• Conduct safety training and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.

Skills

Experience in construction safety management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Professional communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Bilingual capability (English/Spanish)

Education

Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field
