Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Development Trainer who is bilingual to deliver hands-on and classroom-based training for field and office staff in Tempe, AZ.

You will design onboarding content, lead leadership programs, and coordinate with various internal teams to align training with business needs. The role requires 4–6 years of related training experience, knowledge of electrical construction, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years related experience in training or workforce development preferred.
• Understanding of electrical construction and contracting.
• Ability to speak in front of a classroom.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs preferred.
• Instructional Design certification preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs and workshops for field and office staff.
• Design onboarding content and coordinate with Learning & Development.
• Lead hands-on skills training and bootcamp sessions.
• Coordinate leadership development programs and assess training outcomes.
• Track metrics, gather feedback, and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and external vendors.
