City of Savannah, Georgia, through WorkSource Coastal, seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee USDOL-ETA Title I case management and program services across regional hubs. You will supervise staff, review eligibility, and lead pre-enrollment staffing for training and supportive services.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliant participant records, coordinating program and fiscal reviews, and maintaining timely, participant-centered services that advance education, training, and employment

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Five years in Workforce Act Title I case management and supervision.
• Ability to interpret policy and review eligibility and expenditures.
• Proficiency with MS 365 and electronic case-management systems.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Office hours and location awareness.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assigns and balances caseloads for Youth, Adults, and Dislocated Workers.
• Coaches staff on eligibility process and service delivery.
• Reviews case files for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; directs corrections.
• Monitors engagement, training progress, and outcomes; flags issues.
• Coordinates onboarding and system training across hubs and partners.
• Verifies staffing decisions and records staffing conditions.
• Provides performance feedback and escalates concerns to management.
• Performs duties with occasional evenings or weekends as assigned.
