City of Savannah is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee USDOL-ETA Title I case management across WorkSource Coastal’s hub-and-spoke model. You will supervise staff, review eligibility decisions, ensure accurate records, and coordinate pre-enrollment staffing for training and services.

The role emphasizes compliance, timely participant services, and collaboration with regional partners to advance education, training, and employment outcomes across Youth, Adults, and Dislocated Workers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of experience in Title I case management/workforce development; supervisory experience required.
• Ability to interpret policy, review eligibility and expenditures, coach staff, conduct case conferences, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and electronic case-management systems; ability to use the WorkSource Georgia Portal and reporting tools.
• Must be able to travel to assigned locations across the region; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Report to WorkSource Coastal Job Center Hub; travel to regional locations, trainings, and conferences as required; office hours 8 AM–5 PM.

• Oversee eligibility reviews, staffing decisions, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate pre-enrollment staffing and staffing reviews for funded training and supportive services.
