LEMOINE is seeking a Regional Case Management Lead in Savannah, GA to oversee Lead Case Managers, Case Managers, and Case Aides across multiple sites. You will drive operational excellence, supervise staff, and collaborate with leadership and community partners to meet GA HRRP program objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field, plus 3+ years in case management with 1–2 years in regional supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, emergency management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in case management, with 1–2 years in regional supervisory or lead role.
• Prior disaster response, housing programs, or government-funded recovery experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and multi-site team management abilities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight and supervision of staff across multiple sites.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Support Lead Case Managers in performance management and escalations.
• Ensure complex eligibility is reviewed and high-need cases resolved promptly.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff to meet program policies.
