City of Savannah is seeking a Case Manager to guide participants from intake through employment, education, or training and follow-up. The role assesses strengths and barriers, develops service plans, and coordinates USDOL-ETA Title I program services across multiple hubs and partner sites.

Travel across the WorkSource Coastal region is required to support Youth, Adult, and Dislocated Worker programs. The position involves documenting eligibility, creating Individual Employment Plans, and

• Explain available services, participant rights and responsibilities, and enrollment steps; coordinate accommodations when needed.
• Collect and review application information; determine eligibility and priority of service; refer cases for review before enrollment or funding.
• Assess participant education, work history, interests, skills, barriers, and plan Individual Employment/Service strategies; update as needed.
• Set measurable goals and maintain regular contact to adjust plans as circumstances change.
• Provide career services, job search assistance, referrals to employers, training providers, and partners.
