You will apply structured discovery, design thinking and AI-enabled methods to shape capacity and organization structure, advising leaders on workforce decisions.

In early pilots you may directly redesign elements, partnering with Product, Technology, Risk and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Substantial product development, product management, service design or technology-transformation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation and agent concepts to real work with hands-on design and analysis.
• Experience leading complex discovery and decision-making across senior stakeholders without taking ownership away from the business.

Responsibilities

• Translate future state into implications for roles, skills and workforce structure.
• Develop evidence-based workforce scenarios and advise functional leaders.
• Surface workforce implications early to influence design and investment decisions.
• Rethink current work through structured discovery and future-state design.
• Decide what work should be eliminated, automated, AI-augmented or retained for humans.
• Challenge incremental thinking and showcase what AI and automation can achieve.
• Incorporate human-in-the-loop checkpoints into future-state work and roles.
• Identify implications for job architecture, learning and talent planning.
• Collaborate with functions, Product, Technology, Risk and HR teams on workforce requirements.
• Use AI to explore options and validate decisions before presenting them.
• Maintain connections through implementation to test assumptions and outcomes.
• Build and scale enterprise workforce-translation methodologies and playbooks.
• Mentor the Workforce Architect and Analyst Leads.
