You’ll forecast talent needs, assess risks, and guide workforce strategies to meet current and future business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in workforce trends, forecasting talent requirements, and workforce readiness.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in workforce analytics tools, reporting platforms, spreadsheets, and data visualization techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver key talent metrics and insights (bench strength, succession health, retention risk, internal mobility).
• Analyze workforce data, trends, and priorities to forecast talent supply and demand and identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Develop workforce forecasts, scenarios, and planning models to support decision-making.
• Identify workforce risks and capability gaps, and propose solutions.
• Partner with leaders and HR to translate business objectives into actionable workforce strategies.
• Evaluate labor market trends to inform planning and investments.
• Lead or support workforce planning initiatives and ensure timely deliverables.
• Interpret policies and analytics to address business challenges.
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve workforce issues across teams.
• Prepare reports and recommendations communicating insights for decisions.
• Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues on workforce planning practices.
