CrewPath Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to join our Washington, DC office. You will blend workforce analytics, human capital strategy, and responsible AI to deliver faster, more actionable insights to clients.

You will translate problems into analytics-driven solutions, design models and dashboards, lead engagements, and quantify ROI with rigorous econometrics and AI methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience in workforce strategy or HR analytics.
• Master's or PhD in economics, I-O psychology, statistics, data science, or related field.
• Proven experience in pay equity analysis and workforce planning.
• Strong regression, causal inference, time-series, clustering, and predictive modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytics-driven workforce solutions using qualitative and AI-enabled methods.
• Design, build, and operationalize analytic models and data products.
• Lead client engagements as analytics and AI SME, presenting findings and roadmaps.
• Deliver interactive dashboards, data stories, and client-ready deliverables; ensure model governance and responsible AI.
