You will partner with HR and business leaders, translate insights into compelling presentations, and shape workforce planning and talent strategy with BI/DS teams. This is a high-visibility, mature analytics environment offering growth and impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, workforce analytics, or strategy analytics.
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience translating analytics into practical business recommendations.
• Experience in large, data-intensive organisations.
