Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support National Guard Bureau executive workflow operations and organizational process improvement initiatives. This role will help streamline staff action management processes and improve enterprise collaboration tools used by senior leadership.

You will develop process maps, SOPs, performance metrics, and training materials, while identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.

Qualifications

Active clearance at Secret level or higher required.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration, information systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of business process analysis, operations analysis, or organizational improvement experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience documenting and analyzing business processes and workflows.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Analyze, evaluate, and improve executive workflow and staff action management processes.
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and performance metrics.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process optimization.
Support governance processes, records management, and executive information management activities.
Assist with SharePoint administration, collaboration tools, and knowledge management initiatives.
Track organizational performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for leadership.
Facilitate meetings, working groups, and process improvement initiatives.
Develop training materials and provide user support for workflow systems and business processes.
