Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a skilled process automation specialist to translate business needs into scalable workflow solutions.

You will work with customers, Pre-Sales, Project Management and technical teams to design, implement and handover automated processes from implementation to production. Responsibilities include configuring automation platforms, testing, troubleshooting, documenting designs, and delivering workshops.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing, implementing and supporting workflow automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with document/workflow platforms (Objectif Lune, Therefore, DocuWare).
• Knowledge of OCR and document capture technologies (Ancora or equivalent).
• Strong systems integration, APIs, microservices and automation frameworks.
• Experience scripting in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; SQL databases (MySQL/MSSQL).
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical designs and handover materials.
• Background in software implementation, consultancy or technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimize workflow automation and document management solutions.
• Lead solution testing, validation and performance tuning activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across workflows, integrations and document processing.
• Deliver customer workshops to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Support Pre-Sales with solution design, validation and project scoping.
• Produce technical documentation, solution designs and handover materials.
• Contribute to standards frameworks and reusable components within the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and integration.
• Support project delivery within agreed timescales and quality standards.
