Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and manage Installation Work Packages (IWPs).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Maintain planning data and schedules.
• Analyze project metrics and provide recommendations.

Skills

Experience in construction, field engineering, or project planning environments

Understanding of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles

Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and execution processes

Experience with project controls and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6

Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams

Skilled in analyzing project data and implementing solutions

Ability to work in field environments

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Promote safe work practices

Education

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent

8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of work experience without degree
