Jobot is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney in Mount Laurel Township, NJ. The role manages a full caseload, conducts depositions, drafts documents, and represents employers before the WCAB. The firm offers hybrid work options and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
Proven track record in depositions and trials.

Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity.
Prepare legal documents and reports with a high level of accuracy.
Conduct depositions of claimants, medical personnel, and other relevant parties.
Represent employers and carriers before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
Conduct and direct legal research to stay updated on current workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in conjunction with claims adjusters.
