• Establish and update reserves reflecting claim exposure and justify rationale.
• Manage claims with focus on timely contact, documentation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with medical and legal resources to pursue claim resolution opportunities.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and utilize structured settlements when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Medical Case Manager to integrate medical services into claim strategy.
