Job summary

Peoplease is seeking a seasoned Workers' Compensation Claims Manager to lead its WC claims program, supported by a WC Team Lead and a ~12-person team. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize outcomes, and coordinate with Safety, Client Success, and senior leadership across multiple states.

The role emphasizes claimant advocacy, service quality, and financial stewardship while driving continuous improvement and alignment with Peoplease's service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent WC experience considered.
• 8-10+ years of multi-jurisdictional WC claims experience, including TPA oversight.
• 3+ years leading claims professionals.
• Claims training in WC, multi-state compliance, litigation, and cost containment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and develop the Workers' Compensation claims team.
• Oversee multi-jurisdictional claims for compliance, service quality, and financial stewardship.
• Advise clients through claims strategy, status updates, reviews, QBRs, reporting, and loss control guidance.
• Audit internal claims handling, TPA performance, and service providers.
