Job summary

Peoplease is seeking a qualified Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst to join our team. This role will manage a caseload of complex workers’ compensation claims for our clients' employees while supporting a distributed remote workforce with a PST work schedule.

You will review claims, determine compensability, monitor reserves, negotiate settlements, and prepare detailed reports for clients and TPAs, working with cross-functional teams and third-party administrators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WC claim experience and/or TPA claims oversight required.
• Ability to work a remote PST schedule in a distributed team.
• Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of WC claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Investigate and monitor claims in accordance with established procedures.
• Review settlements and reserve requests within assigned authority.
• Liaise between clients, carriers/TPA, and defense attorneys as needed.
• Prepare reports detailing claims, payments and reserves.
• Participate in client claim reviews and QBRs.
