Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills to reach resolution.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to best serve clients and claimants.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and company policies, procedures, and standard methodologies within statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the claim outcome.
