Qualifications

• Has minimum of 4 years of California Workers’ Compensation experience.
• Effectively manages a workers' compensation claims caseload, including high complexity.
• Maintains a positive attitude and provides excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail in completing tasks accurately.
• Communicates clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats.
• Shows adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce knowledge of the lifecycle of a Workers' Compensation claim and governing codes and laws.
• Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision per claims management and DWC regulations.
• Independently manage and adjust an inventory of claims.
• Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and stakeholders.
• Serve as a resource to team members and internal staff.
• Deliver high-quality claims products through effective duty execution.
