Job summary

State Fund in California is seeking self-motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusters to deliver quality customer service to injured workers and employers. This full-time, permanent role offers strong training and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

The position is telework with onboarding at the Vacaville office; candidates must reside in California. Salary ranges from $4,470.00 to $7,628.00 per month, with new hires placed at the minimum salary or alternate range when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Learn the lifecycle of a Workers Compensation claim and the governing codes and laws.
• Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulations.
• Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory.
• Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff.
• Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties.
