Qualifications

• Licensed NC attorney in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses for conferences, reports, and affidavits.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
