Qualifications

• 5+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and matters.
• Portable business or referral network preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal workers' compensation caseload independently.
• Deliver exceptional client service and contribute to firm growth.
• Represent employers, public entities, third-party administrators before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and referral networks.
