Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney for its Owensboro, KY office to manage a substantial caseload and contribute to statewide practice development.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, an active KY State Bar license, and at least 3 years of workers' compensation experience. You will handle hearings, drafts, client communications, and coordination with experts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Active KY State Bar license required.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills essential.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case and hearing activities.
• Draft and file litigation documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process and communicate clearly.
• Interact with expert witnesses; draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
