Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Proven ability to try cases to a jury and manage high exposure matters.
• Strong written and oral advocacy with favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of moderate to higher exposure insurance defense matters.
• Apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery.
• Attend court events, depositions and other proceedings.
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide leadership to staff.
