Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent international law degree.
• 4+ years of practicing attorney experience.
• Active license to practice law in the required states.
• Regularly handles hearings, trials, or depositions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage pre-trial and trial experience to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents.
• Attend court events, depositions, and appointments independently.
• Provide in-depth case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and claim partners.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff; lead legal trainings.
