Acrisure is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to independently manage complex Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims from assignment through resolution. This role requires direct PA WC experience and familiarity with Delaware/New Jersey claims.

The position is remote with collaboration across teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of PA WC experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex indemnity claims.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of PA workers' compensation experience.
• Knowledge of PA laws, regs, and claims handling.
• Experience handling complex indemnity claims.
• Experience developing claim resolution strategies and negotiating settlements.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage a caseload of PA WC claims from assignment through resolution.
• Investigate claims, determine compensability, and develop handling strategies.
• Review medical documentation and exposure per PA regulations.
• Establish reserves based on claim developments.
• Manage indemnity and litigated claims, including settlements.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, providers, employers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor activity, maintain diaries, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate return-to-work and cost-containment opportunities.
• Maintain documentation in the claims system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
