Acrisure is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to independently manage complex Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims from assignment through resolution. This role requires investigating claims, evaluating exposure, managing reserves, and developing claim resolution strategies in line with PA laws.

Delaware and New Jersey experience are valued; this is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will handle complex indemnity and litigated claims, coordinate with defense

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of PA workers' compensation laws and claims handling practices.
• Experience managing complex indemnity claims.
• Experience developing claim resolution strategies and negotiating settlements.
• Delaware claims experience valued; NJ experience helpful.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex claims in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a caseload of Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims from assignment through resolution.
• Investigate claims, determine compensability, and develop appropriate claim handling strategies.
• Review medical documentation, coverage, and claim exposure in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves based on claim developments.
• Manage complex indemnity and litigated claims, including settlement negotiations.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, medical providers, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor claim activity, maintain accurate diaries, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate return‑to‑work efforts and identify opportunities for cost containment, subrogation, or fraud investigation.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the claims management system.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
