Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania workers' compensation laws and claims handling practices.
• Experience managing complex indemnity claims and litigated claims is preferred.
• Delaware/New Jersey workers' comp experience is valued.
• Remote work capability with ability to collaborate on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims from assignment through resolution.
• Investigate claims, determine compensability, and develop claim-handling strategies.
• Review medical documentation, coverage, and claim exposure.
• Establish and maintain reserves based on claim developments.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, medical providers, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor activity, maintain diaries, ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate return‑to‑work efforts and cost containment opportunities.
