Creative Risk Solutions, LLC is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to manage end-to-end claims processes for insureds and claimants. The role emphasizes accuracy in data transmission, timely communications, and collaboration to provide a world-class client experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of workers’ compensation claims experience, strong knowledge of coverage and adjudication, and a willingness to obtain required licenses in applicable jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Active state workers’ compensation license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transmit workers’ compensation information from insureds, claimants, and staff.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve lost-time workers’ comp claims, including litigated cases.
• Mediates between insured and insurer; researches coverage issues.
• Enter and maintain claim data in the system; document final settlements.
• Generate indemnity and medical payment checks daily.
• Develop and monitor standard procedures for claims handling.
