• Claim Management responsibilities include coverage decisions, exposure/reserve assessment, and settlement/resolution strategies.

• Oversee the Workers’ Compensation claims program performance and outcomes.
• Make coverage decisions, assess exposure and reserves, and drive settlement strategies.
• Lead and mentor the claims team to ensure quality and compliance.
