Gallagher Bassett, a core claims partner, seeks a Claims Adjuster with deep workers’ compensation experience to analyze and resolve complex cases. This role supports clients, partners, and claimants with empathy and precision.

You will investigate and evaluate exposures, communicate with insureds, employers, and carriers, and ensure claims are managed in line with policy, regulatory, and ethical standards. Remote option nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims applying analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Interact with clients, claimants, and other parties to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients with empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims in line with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and support the claim file outcomes.
• Support the claims team in delivering innovative solutions to improve process efficiency.
