Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers compensation claims with a focus on timely resolution and exceptional client service. You will leverage analytical skills to assess exposure, plan corrective actions, and coordinate with claimants, clients, and internal teams.

The role requires active adjuster licenses in DE and jurisdictional experience in PA, NJ, and DE, with the position eligible for fully remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all applicable states.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims to bring claims to resolution.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to best serve clients and claimants.
• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and determine proper course of action.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support outcomes of the file.
