Job summary

Gallagher Bassett, a Gallagher company, is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster in a fully remote role serving Minnesota and neighboring states. The position requires strong analytical skills, empathy, and a customer‑oriented approach to resolving complex workers’ compensation claims.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of claims experience, a valid Minnesota adjusters license, and the ability to work independently while complying with industry standards and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and resolve claims.
• Interact with all parties in the claim process to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and corporate policies, procedures, and ethics.
