Qualifications

• 10+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience including complex claims.
• Superior communication and customer service in an imaging environment.
• Knowledge of workers’ comp laws and claim management procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and multi-task.
• Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high or catastrophic workers’ comp claims with timely, accurate reserves.
• Collaborate with Corporate Claims to mitigate high exposure.
• Provide customer service and maintain data integrity.
• Direct legal strategy and prepare cases for litigation.
• Mentor team members and potentially supervise.
