The role supports West Coast hours (M–F, 8am–5pm Pacific Time) and requires 1–7 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of workers’ comp regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of workers’ compensation claims or insurance experience.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and multitasking skills.
• Solid understanding of workers’ comp statutes and compliance.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• WCCP, AIC, ARM, CPCU or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation claims from start to closure.
• Investigate claims, determine compensability, and set accurate reserves.
• Coordinate medical care and monitor return‑to‑work progress.
• Evaluate and pay benefits in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with defense counsel and proactively mitigate legal exposure.
• Provide outstanding communication and customer service throughout the claim lifecycle.
