Qualifications

• 10+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience including complex claims handling.
• Superior communication and customer service skills in an imaged environment.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and related procedures/policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial contacts to obtain information and determine compensability.
• Maintain data integrity for workers’ comp claim data.
• Analyze case facts to establish timely reserves and assess disability costs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Claims to mitigate high exposures and losses.
• Provide timely customer service and maintain professional communications with stakeholders.
