Job summary

Qualifications

• Skill in applying, interpreting and communicating Workers' Compensation regulations, policies, procedures and options.
• Skill in communicating in oral and written form with high levels of confidentiality.
• Experience with developing and tracking the OSHA 300 and 300A logs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer workers' compensation claims for assigned areas.
• Coordinate with leadership, HR, employees, TPA and counsel to manage claims.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and proper leave options within IHRPS/Workday.
