Job summary

Huron is a global consultancy helping clients achieve strategic growth and transformation. As an Associate, you will join teams delivering Workday and enterprise software solutions, shaping project outcomes and client interactions.

You will partner with senior staff to manage workstreams, develop analytics, and present findings while mentoring junior colleagues. A bachelor’s degree and relevant Workday experience are required, with travel up to 50% as requested by clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• Travel up to 50% when requested by the client.

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams and project delivery for Workday implementations.
• Manage work plans, analytics, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with client leadership.
