Job summary

QualiZeal, a North America–based digital quality engineering company, seeks a Senior Test Engineer to validate Workday configurations and integrations across HCM, Payroll, and Compensation.

You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality through rigorous testing and reporting. This onsite role requires 6+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday Core HCM testing experience.
• Understanding of integrations, EIBs, and business process configurations.
• Experience with Payroll and Compensation modules testing.
• Agile experience and global delivery familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Execute test strategies across Workday Core HCM, Integrations, and Payroll/Compensation.
• Design, document, and execute unit, SIT, regression, UAT, and post-production tests.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Validate EIB loads and inbound/outbound integrations for data integrity.
• Prepare test reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
