Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced E2E Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Talent) and integrations. You will design test strategies, coordinate multi-team efforts, and ensure data accuracy through migrations and interfaces.

The role requires 10+ years of Workday testing, hands-on automation, and governance of defects, with strong collaboration with HRIT, partners, and vendors to achieve go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Experience in E2E testing for large Workday implementations.
• 10+ years Workday testing (functional & integration).
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Define & manage overall E2E test strategy covering Functional, Integration, Security, and Data Migration testing.
• Develop detailed test plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance for defect management, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Oversee creation of test scenarios and scripts for Workday modules/functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Security, Workforce Planning, and Integrations).
• Coordinate execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Manage testing of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) and downstream systems.
• Validate data migration accuracy and reconciliation across environments.
• Liaise with business teams, HRIT, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and readiness metrics to leadership.
• Prepare test summary reports with coverage, defect trends, and go-live readiness.
