Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a skilled Workday Engineer with strong HCM and integrations experience to join our hybrid team.

You will configure, develop, and test Workday functionalities, collaborate with internal Workday teams and business users, and help drive quality through automation and testing throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Workday HRMS, strong knowledge of Workday architecture, security, reports, and integrations, plus familiarity with SQL/SOQL

Qualifications

• Workday certification in one or more areas (HCM Core/Benefits/Pay/Time).
• Strong Workday architecture, config, and integration knowledge.
• 4+ years implementing Workday HRMS and integrations.
• Knowledge of Workday security, reports, calc fields, integrations framework.
• Familiar with Workday releases and Workday Community.
• Experience with SQL or SOQL and web services (SOAP/REST).

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and test Workday implementations across lifecycle.
• Deliver enhancements to support ongoing Workday deployment.
• Build scalable test automation with tools like Kainos where appropriate.
• Participate in design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Create test plans, test cases, and defect reporting.
• Lead quality assurance and collaborate with stakeholders.
