Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years Workday experience in HCM configuration or security.
• 5+ years Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, APIs).
• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Strong data governance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll.
• Partner with HR to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
• Conduct impact assessments for releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
• Own governance frameworks for access, roles, and audit readiness.
• Follow SDLC for enhancements and projects.
• Lead integration lifecycle management from requirements to post-production support.
• Mentor junior analysts, integration developers and configurators.
